An individual lease means you are only responsible for your portion of the rent. You won’t be financially responsible for your roommates, making off-campus living more flexible and stress-free.
Can I choose my move-in date?
Move-in dates are scheduled prior to the start of the lease term. Our team will provide all details ahead of time to make your move-in experience smooth.

Are apartments fully furnished?

You’ll just need personal items like bedding, kitchen supplies, and decor to make your space feel like home.
Do apartments have private bathrooms?
Most floor plans include private bedrooms and bathrooms, giving you more privacy than traditional dorm living.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, high-speed internet is included so you can study, stream, and stay connected without interruption.
How do packages work?
We use Luxer One package lockers for secure delivery. Make sure packages are addressed correctly to avoid delays.
Is parking available?

Can I have guests stay overnight?
Yes, but guests must follow community policies and are permitted to stay no more than 3 consecutive calendar days per month. Residents must accompany their guests at all times and are responsible for them.

Do I need a guarantor?

Yes. Because Edge on Washington is an off-campus community, we do not receive financial aid payments directly. Financial aid is first applied to your university account, and any remaining funds are refunded to you. You can use those funds toward rent, but rent is due on the 1st of each month, so it’s important to plan ahead in case your refund hasn’t arrived yet.
How do I request maintenance?
Submit a request through your resident portal or contact the office. Our team will respond as quickly as possible.
What qualifies as emergency maintenance?
Issues like water leaks, HVAC failure, or door lock problems are considered emergencies and are handled immediately.
