To ensure that you or your child is safe, our onsite staff and security patrol our property. In case of emergency, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are in every apartment. Our parking lots are well-lit for students taking late night courses. We also off 24-hour emergency maintenance to our residents. We recommend that every tenant carry renter’s insurance. This is an inexpensive way to protect your personal belongings in case of accidents or other mishaps. Tenants should report any unsafe conditions or problems to The Edge on Washington staff immediately.
Yes, all apartments will come fully equipped with kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also included is a full-size washer and dryer (in every unit) and furniture in all common areas and bedrooms.

All residents require a guarantor to complete the guaranty agreement.
A resident can act as their own guarantor by providing the required documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they have an income that is greater than three times the rental installment.
The guarantor will need to sign the guaranty agreement. If the resident is not of legal age to execute a contract, the guarantor will be required to sign both the lease and guaranty agreement.
