To ensure that you or your child is safe, our onsite staff and security patrol our property. In case of emergency, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are in every apartment. Our parking lots are well-lit for students taking late night courses. We also off 24-hour emergency maintenance to our residents. We recommend that every tenant carry renter’s insurance. This is an inexpensive way to protect your personal belongings in case of accidents or other mishaps. Tenants should report any unsafe conditions or problems to The Edge on Washington staff immediately.
Yes, all apartments will come fully equipped with kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Also included is a full-size washer and dryer (in every unit) and furniture in all common areas and bedrooms.
If you are in need of maintenance, please contact our staff to place a request. If you are needing emergency maintenance, our emergency hotline is available for you to contact our on-call maintenance team.
Yes, we love pets. However, we do have some restrictions and policies in place. Please contact our office for more information.
Yes, we do offer roommate matching. To complete, you will be given a profile card that will inquire your study habits, social habits, and hobbies to help us match you with residents that have similar preferences that are within your floor plan.
Yes, you can list the roommate(s) you have chosen on your profile card when completing your lease or speak further about with one of our staff to guarantee your selection. It is important that all roommates list each other and that all requests are mutual.
You can make your preference known and request with one of our staff. We will do our best to place you in the unit that best suits you. However, all requests are served on a first-come and first-served basis. We cannot guarantee you a specific requested unit.

All residents require a guarantor to complete the guaranty agreement.
A resident can act as their own guarantor by providing the required documentation as outlined in the lease agreement that they have an income that is greater than three times the rental installment.
The guarantor will need to sign the guaranty agreement. If the resident is not of legal age to execute a contract, the guarantor will be required to sign both the lease and guaranty agreement.
